WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

• Entry is open to any Namibian artist(s) or any artist(s) who has been a resident in Namibia for the last 4 years, provided the recording was
  released in Namibia.
• Entrants comprising Duos/Groups must be of Namibian nationality or a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the group must have Namibian citizenship. Artist/s may enter one song per category.

ENTRIES RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Only ONE song per category to be submitted together with:
  
• Entry fee of N$50.00 per category entered.
  
• 2 (two) coloured photographs (1 x full-length & 1 x passport photo).
  Pictures should be presentable and of high standard.
  
• Certified copy of ID, Passport or Birth Certificate
• 1 (one) biography in English (+/- 300 words, typed)
  
• Non-returnable CD, Video Beta SP, DVD or Mini DV of a song released between 1 August 2007 and 30 August 2008 (eligibility year) which has not previously been nominated or won in the Sanlam NBC Music Awards.
